Ed Code

The Supplementary School Counseling Program created by passage of AB 1802 has been added to California Education Code as section 52378, items a-e.

The Student Support Program in Poway Unified created a form that breaks the Ed Code items down into middle school and high school requirements related to all students and at-risk students. The handy thing about this form is that it labels everything clearly, which can help with keeping track of which Ed Code requirements are being met by which specific activity called for in AB 1802. Our thanks to our colleagues in Poway for sharing this form with us.
